Introducing Lens Connect

With our new “Lens Connect” lenses—currently consisting of two fixed focal lens line-ups and seven different vario lenses—those problems can easily be solved. Controlling the lens remotely makes setting up a system much easier, whether over long distances or simply in a much shorter time. Furthermore, you can change settings during the process to reduce downtime and lower costs.

Enhanced Autofocus and Camera Integration

Until now, you could define preset positions within your system to have even faster reaction times but autofocus functions had to be developed individually by each user. With the support of right now eight camera manufacturers it is possible to directly control Lens Connect lenses via the camera and its software. Therefore, one can access from now on true autofocus functions.

Applications and Versatility

Whether in car production facilities, traffic applications, sports analysis, or inspection and measurement applications, Lens Connect simplifies setup needs and enhances in-process functionalities. Our two fixed focal lens series cover all sensors up to 1” and down to 2µm pixel size, while vario lenses span a focal length range of 5.5–96mm. We also offer specific lenses for special requirements, such as telecentric or traffic applications.

Additional Features for Seamless Integration

Additional features like remotely controllable filters, special cables, and preconfigured connectors for I2C further support seamless integration into your system.
